Are you having
trouble viewing video on your system?
Please refer to
our troubleshooting guide below:
1. Are you sure
you have a video player installed on your computer? If you do, click
here to launch the video and choose the player of your choice.
2. If you have no video player installed, click
here to download a player!
3. Are the video streams choppy, or not animating well? You may have an old
version of the video player, your Internet connection may be temporarily experiencing
slowdown, your video player may be set incorrectly for your system, or your
computer may be outdated (computers sold before 1999 may not display video as
well as newer computers). Help will be available soon on our web site for a
number of these issues.
Firewalls
Some networks, such
as corporate offices, have firewalls which do not allow streaming media to come
through to your computer. This may be the problem if you can't see the video.
In this case, try downloading the quicktime
version of the video. This usually passes through firewalls. (If you
do not have Quicktime, please download this excellent and free video player
from Apple Computers.)
